LSM 2012 Registration

Use this form to register for the Lyceum Spring Market (May 5/6, 2012 11AM-6PM).

We will confirm the amounts due and email you with payment information.

You have 7 days from the acceptance date(date you received this link) to fill out this registration form and submit the fees due. Otherwise we will release the table.  Not the end of the world, but you risk not having a spot if we accept similar artisans in the interim.

The Lyceum is getting to be a busier place. Lots of activity to go around. This spring it offers up a new challenge. We have a music show by Mike Block (has played with Yo-Yo Ma) in the evening as part of his GALA series(Global Art Local Audience). That show is at 10 PM on Saturday May 5th. As such it will be necessary to pack up your goods on Saturday night and move them across the floor to a cordoned off storage area. We will then collapse many of the tables overnight. You can then setup again on Sunday. By checking here you acknowledge and accept that you will be able to collapse and move your goods at 6PM.
Requirements: You agree that all fees paid are non-refundable. If you must pull out of a market we will credit your fee to a future market IF the space can be re-sold prior to the first day of the event. You agree that we may use pictures you give us or ones we take from your website for marketing purposes. You also agree that any information on the registration form can be used for marketing purposes. The artist(s) must be in attendance for the entire duration of the fair. He/She is responsible for security in his/her booth and agrees not to leave the booth unattended. He/She agrees to follow the safety procedures and directions of Lyceum Market representatives and security personnel. He/She agrees to the use of his/her name and photos of his/her art in the Lyceum Market's promotions for the marketplace and to the use of any photos from the day of the fair for any further promotions for future marketplaces. All vendors are responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes to the proper taxing authority. Disclaimer: By participating in the Lyceum Marketplace all artists agree to exhibit their work at their own risk. The Brooklyn Lyceum and Lyceum Markets will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and will not be held responsible for personal injury to the artist. Lyceum Markets do not guarantee specific numbers of attendees or sales for vendors.

Thanx for filling out the registration page.  An email will be sent to us with the selections you chose from this on-line form.

Within a day or so another email will arrive from us summarizing your selections and confirming/specifying the fee amount due and the due date.  You will have ten days from the date of your acceptance(which gave you the link to this form) to submit payment.  

If you don't hear from us withing 48 hours, something has gone awry.  Please email us and we will push it along.
